Review: Ever Bilena Eyeshadow 12 Shades

Ok, so I now the title seems a bit off but hey, I just copied what's written at the back of the palette ;P

This palette only costs 160 Php and is available in all Ever Bilena counters. I think this is good for those who are just starting out in makeup and are looking for a pretty basic palette.

This palette has 12 wearable eyeshadow colors and a dual-ended sponge-tip applicator. The colors look nice, don't they? Here are the swatches (two swipes for each color).

T-B: With flash, without flash
The palette is a combination of matte, frosted and satin shadows. Some colors are not very pigmented so you might need to use a primer or base under them, but some of the colors are more pigmented than the others. As for the texture, these shadows are quite soft and easy to blend. Not as silky soft as my Wet N Wild shadows but still pretty soft.

As for the packaging, I think it's sleek and really travel-friendly. I like that it has a decent mirror, too. The only thing I complain about this packaging is that the palette is hard to open. Maybe I just got a stiff one or something. To me it's not a very big deal :)

Ingredient list
So there you have it! Just a really quick review of this palette. For me, this isn't a must-have item. Just a nice basic item for those who are just starting out in makeup or for those who don't find the need to own a lot of eyeshadows. :)

Have a nice day! :D

  19. Hi there, need help here. :) m new to these make up thingy and m wondrin which should come first

    >toner -- should it be done twice a day, after taking a bath before going to work and after washing face before bedtime?

    >after toner, they say its important to put moisturizer-- m planning to use Maybelline's BB cream just not sure if that will do or if I need to put moisturizer first, which brand would you recommend (they say olay natural white is fine, have you tried that?)

    >after the toner, moisturizer, Maybelline BB Cream, do I need to use a primer if I want a no make up look or barely there effect before applying a face powder?

    >I have combination skin and I dont know if its the weather but lately my Tzone's really bothering me--it gets too oily, I recently bought Maybelline's Mineral Powder but it just couldn't handle my Tzone I think it even makes it more oily so im thinking if I use a primer after applying BB cream, you think my mineral powder won't make my tzone look too greasy? or is it best to just use pressed powder after the BB cream?

I wanted to attain a natural and no make up look and not cakey that's why I bought the mineral powder, you think maybe Im just not used to it yet?

Im 28 and fair skinned. But Im wondrin how I can achieve a natural, rosy white,no make up but glowing look..

also for blush ons, they say orangey hues best suite the no make up look, which do you think is better, the cream blush ons or the mineral ones?

im sorry, i know I asked a lot, but will wait, hope you'll have time to reply on this.

    thanks again!
