Giveaway Winners: 8 Ways to a Happy and Beautiful Christmas (Week 5)

It's time to announce the winners of our Week 5 giveaway! I super enjoyed reading your answers to the question of the week (as usual), and to the bonus question. Some said they wouldn't ever use crocodile dung as an ingredient of their mascara but some said they would if they were living way back 3,500 BC!

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." - Many agree, many do not. You guys gave really interesting reasons why you agree/disagree with the saying. People judge others' appearances according to their own standards. To each his own. Your perception of beauty can be influenced by many things - just take the media, for example. Although I don't really disagree with the saying, I still think that the more important thing is that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholdee.' Is there such a word? Be-hol-dee. Haha, anyway!

actually no!! (minsan kasi depende sa katabi. ahaha) Seriously, para sakin nasa individual pa din kung panu nia ipapakita sa "beholder" ung beauty na meron xa. may natural na magaganda pero di pansinin kaya jan na papasok ang role ng mga beauty products para ienhance ung ganda na meron ang isang babae. Minsan kasi kahit maganda ang isang tao, parang laging may kulang kaya tuloy, nababawasan ng GANDA POINT. Nasa pagdadala na din ng tao ang BEAUTY nia. at syempre PLUS the KIND HEART, palong-palo na ang BEAUTY mo teh! =)

Yes, I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For me, beauty must not be captive to perfection; hence, must not be boxed by society's standards. Every woman, every person, has the ability to glow and be beautiful in her own way. I also believe that the most beautiful women are the happiest ones. Because even though it may sound cliche, genuine beauty really springs from within.
