Sigma Update: New and Improved Sigmax Essential Kit
Hi everyone! I just wanna let you all know that Sigma Beauty has just released new face brushes!
Remember the Sigmax synthetic face kit that I mentioned in my post *here*? Well, Sigma has just added five new brushes to that set! Say hello to the new glossy handles, too :)
One new brush has been added to the Synthetic Kabuki Kit.
Synthetic Kabuki Kit L-R: F80, F82, F84, F86 |
Synthetic Precision Kit L-R: P80, P82, P84, P86 |
1. Tapered Kabuki brush (F86) - now a part of the Synthetic Kabuki Kit together with the Flat Kabuki (F80), Round Kabuki (F82) and the Angled Kabuki (F84) brushes
Description (from Sigma): The tapered shape effortlessly applies products on defined and hard to reach areas of the face. This brush is perfect for all over application of powder, cream and liquid formulas. It is also ideal for all over primer application, contouring and highlighting.
2. Precision Flat brush (P80) - part of the Synthetic Precision Kit
Description (from Sigma): The small, dense and flat top is ideal to conceal blemishes, sun spots and small imperfections on the skin. It can be used to stipple concealer on defined areas, followed by precise application of setting powder.
3. Precision Round brush (P82) - part of the Synthetic Precision Kit
Description (from Sigma) The rounded top was designed to mimic your fingertips, making this brush ideal to apply eye shadow primers. It can also be used for the precise application of highlight shades on the bridge of the nose, cheek bones and cupid's bow.
4. Precision Angled brush (P84) - part of the Synthetic Precision Kit
Description (from Sigma): The small angled top makes this brush perfect for precise contouring on the sides of the nose and contouring the hollows of the cheek bones. It can also be used to highlight the brow bone.
5. Precision Tapered brush (P86) - part of the Synthetic Precision Kit
Description (from Sigma): The tapered shape of this brush is ideal for application of concealer under the eyes and on defined areas such as the sides of the nose, chin and around the mouth. This brush can also be used to perfectly apply concealer around the lips to prevent color bleeding.
As you may have noticed, the precision brushes are smaller versions of the face brushes. The smaller brush heads make for more precise brushes, and these brushes can be used for smaller and hard-to-reach areas of the face. So, if you own and love the F80, F82 or F84, you would probably love these new brushes as well!
Watch the videos below to know more about the brushes and their possible uses. Trust me, the videos are really helpful, especially if you are planning to buy any of these brushes :)
