NOTD: Mermaid Nails

Heeeey! This week, I tried to test out the crackle polish I bought from Etude House and decided to use a frosty green shade as base. I ended up with a mermaid-ish color, as you can see in the pics below.

The first time I swatched the crack polish, it looked like this...


I liked the crack effect in this swatch but when I tried the polish on my actual nails, I just couldn't get it right. The cracks turned out weird because I had a hard time applying the polish evenly. I'm gonna need a lot more practice with this :\

    EH's crack polish is a bit strong when you apply it on your nails. It's like melting your polish when you apply it right after your nails has dried. Maybe you can come up with the first design (the one in the artificial nail), if you apply the crack polish the next day. ^^ Hope it helps.
